Jewelry Lane is committed to donating 5% of annual net profits to charity. Donation receipts and reports will be posted annually.

Why does an online jewelry store care about helping communities?

We are a mission driven organization. On the surface, Jewelry seems superficial; it is not essential to survival, it is often worn as an accessory, it is often used as a status symbol. But we believe in something else, something more.

Jewelry is a form of self expression, of self representation, of confidence and well being. Jewelry is a part of us, and a part of our expressed identify. It can be worn as a shield; it can be worn to protect. It can allow you to fit in at the office party, or it can communicate to others that you are married. Jewelry is more than just pieces of metal we wear.

That’s why we strive to provide jewelry the way you want it, in the purity you want, in the color you want, and the style you want. Your Jewelry, Your Way. That’s Jewelry Lane.

We want the funds to be well spent. We've reviewed top charities listed on independent third party charity review sites Charity Watch (, Charity Navigator (, and Give well ( to find quality charities with proven track records. The charities we’ve chosen to support must meet financial and performance targets and consistently maintain their high ratings.

Here are the current charities we support. We encourage you to explore their websites and consider donating as well.

Our 5 areas for donation include: Cancer research, military veterans support, animal welfare, environmental activism, and children support.

Cancer Research Institute

Mission: The Cancer Research Institute (CRI), established in 1953, is the world's leading non-profit organization dedicated exclusively to saving more lives by fueling the discovery and development of powerful immunotherapies for all types of cancer.

Mission: To find lifelong, loving homes for all pets by supporting programs and thought leadership that bring people and pets together.

Semper Fi Fund

Mission: The Semper Fi Fund aids combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, and their families, ensuring that they have the resources they need during their recovery and transition back to their communities.

Eden Projects

Mission: Founded in 2002, Eden Reforestation Projects aims to provide fair wage employment to impoverished villagers as agents of global forest restoration. We hire the poorest of the poor to grow, plant, and guard to maturity native species forest on a massive scale. Our “employ to plant methodology” results in a multiplication of positive socio-economic and environment measures. By the year 2025 our objective is to plant a minimum of 500 million trees each year and to offer hope through the employment of tens of thousands of people in countries where extreme poverty is rampant.

Mission: Engages the public in public schools by giving people a simple, accountable and personal way to address educational inequity; envisions a nation where children in every community have the tools and experiences needed for an excellent education.
